Our Story
RADIANCE spells hope, determination, success & joy to hundreds of students aspiring to get through IIT-JEE, RADIANCE JUNIOR (9TH,10TH) and other competitive exams. We understand education in a broader sense and have to our credit various ranks in JEE Main and Advanced (Former IIT-JEE & AIEEE), BITSAT, etc.
We at RADIANCE always strive for innovative techniques and effective teaching methodology to cater the need of aspirants of every caliber; this includes generation of new problems, multiple approaches to solve a problem and to develop the creativity which further assists our students to produce their optimum performance in competitive as well as school exams. Above all our same faculties devote extra hours to students individually, which is quite rare in any other coaching institutes.

Dinesh Mishra, Maths
He is basically a Mech. Engineer. He hails from Bhilai in C.G. He is having teaching experience of more than 20 years. in the level of IITJEE. He had started his teaching career in Bhilai itself then afterward he joined FIITJEE Limited, New Delhi, and was deputed at FIITJEE Jabalpur center to groom students at Jabalpur. Now he is Maths faculty and one of the Directors of RADIANCE.

Anil Kushwah, Chemistry
He is M.Sc. in Chemistry. He hails from Indore in M.P. He is having teaching experience of more than 22 years. in the level of IITJEE. He had started his teaching career in Indore itself then afterward he join FIITJEE Limited, New Delhi & was deputed at FIITJEE Jabalpur center to groom students at Jabalpur. Now he is chemistry faculty and one of the Directors of RADIANCE.
Harsh Malaiya, Physics
He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani, and also cracked JEE Advanced in 2013!
Having teaching experience of more than 8 years, his passion towards students is exemplary. Himself having cracked IIT entrance recently, students get the right tips and tricks helping them perform their best.
